Every night during the summer of 2008 Cinco will be offering two different tapas specials created by chef Jean-Luc, two specialty cocktails designed by bartender Julie Bernard, two specialty beers chosen by bartender Jeff Velentine and two special glasses of Spanish wines from Cinco's cellar by Michael Sturgis. These will be specially priced and available in the bar & lounge and available for viewing on the Cinco Specialty Blackboard.
